Thanks to it's easy to live with neutral versatility 'Rustic Glam' is a trend thats become extremely popular and is definitely here to stay. But what the heck does it mean and if you want the look, how can it be achieved?
Spring is here... or so im told, it's still preeeeetty frosty and gloomy here in South Wales. But still, it means summer is getting closer so im getting that antsy restless feeling to be 'doing' something productive. What I really want to be doing is
New catalogues arriving, this season's trends being posted online... come on be honest, I cant be the only one who finds this time of year exciting!? The moment a catalogue drops onto my doormat I cant help but do a little dance, rush like a headless chicken to get all my work done then finally tidy up the living room so that I can relax, sit with a cup of tea (I normally drink coffee but some reason this event calls for tea) and devour every page.
As usual there are several main looks emerging that have taken inspiration from the colours of the year (see my previous post) plus a few ‘mini’ trends and some that are holding on from last year e.g. copper, metallic and marble are still big, as are all shades of grey.
Im a Black Country (that's near Birmingham) Welsh craft making, piano playing, home painting, logo designing, cat loving, crazy dancing girl!
